Laurie Herndon

Laurie Herndon is the Director for Clinical Program Innovation at Seniorlink/Caregiver Homes. In this role works she with leaders, frontline providers, and colleagues from all sectors of health care to improve quality, innovation, and research in home and community-based services.
Laurie has worked as a project consultant for a number of New England Quality Improvement Organizations on topics including Depression, Falls, and Medication Management. She has also consulted with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing on both practice and regulatory-related issues. Laurie has served as the Senior Project Coordinator on several INTERACT projects and in this role has trained hundreds of skilled nursing facilities from across the country on how to implement INTERACT. She also served on CMS Technical Expert Panel for the Initiative to Improve Behavioral Health and Reduce the Use of Antipsychotic Medications for Nursing Home Residents.
She also holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons College in Boston, MA, specializing in Adult and Gerontological Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner.
Laurie brings her extensive experience to Curavi Health’s Clinical Expert Panel.
