2016
Curavi Health Launched
After key experiences gained from a 2012 CMS Award for reducing potentially avoidable hospitalizations in long-term care organizations and significant success through a RAVEN grant, Curavi Health officially launched as a telemedicine technology company focused on providing care for acute changes of condition and avoiding potential hospitalizations in skilled nursing facilities.

2018
Curavi Grows
Curavi acquired TripleCare and became one of the largest telemedicine providers in the U.S., expanding its network to include 14 states.
With proven industry-leading outcomes, Curavi expanded to 100 facilities including LTAC’s, ALF’s and ILF’s.
Curavi also launched additional product offerings, including tele-psychiatry.

2020
A New Chapter
Curavi partnered with CarePointe and United States Health Systems (USHS) to form Arkos Health, with the shared goal of providing virtual care solutions and health insights to vulnerable populations across the U.S.. Curavi continues to grow and expand its services beyond the skilled nursing environment, with exciting solutions for home-based care in development.

The Arkos Health Family
Arkos Health was formed in 2020 through a partnership with Curavi Health, CarePointe, and USHS. Arkos provides virtual care solutions and health insights through its three entities to vulnerable seniors across the U.S..
Founded in 2015, CarePointe is a Las Vegas-based care management technology platform that provides clinical tools for providers caring for high-acuity senior populations.
USHS is a technology-driven population health management company based in Tempe, Arizona providing technical, clinical, and administrative oversight for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries.
