Purpose:
The Nurse Educator / Clinical Education Specialist applies expert knowledge and skills to provide the educational support needed to achieve quality outcomes. The Nurse Educator / Clinical Education Specialist must demonstrate the knowledge and educational skills necessary to assess, plan and provide the educational programs that are required. The Clinical Education Specialist provides seamless support to Curavi’s customers through installation, training, and on-going use. The Nurse Educator / Clinical Education Specialist engages in continuous product development initiatives with a cross functional team to ensure that Curavi products meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply creative and innovative strategies in problem solving to achieve desired goals. Promote a positive team atmosphere, pro-actively identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement that can assist with team growth and development. Develop and maintain productive working relationships internally and externally by building teams and relationships through mentoring and modeling uplifting and positive communication.
  • Demonstrate awareness of the impact of behavior on the efficient functioning of Curavi Health and its customers. Take a leading role in education and product development initiatives . Conduct initial Customer Clinical Assessment, develop corresponding report, and communicate findings to end Customer Develop training programs and provide training of Curavi Products to end users based upon end user and organizational needs. Develop and deliver population specific learning, and evaluate training outcomes. Conduct ongoing training needs assessments of Curavi end users. Responsible for consult volume and product utilization by end users.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of signs and symptoms associated with the clinical conditions that are appropriate for Curavi telemedicine consultations. Demonstrate knowledge of Curavi telemedicine equipment, specialized clinical equipment, and accessories (Curavi Products) and is able to train end user on proper operation in order to facilitate successful clinical consultations. Develop and maintain Curavi tools and resources for training, and use tools when training end users Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot computer problems or notify the appropriate person when problems occur.
  • Extend trust by acknowledging the contributions of others; listens first, creates transparency in communications, confronts reality, and clarifies expectations. Convey information and ideas clearly through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
  • Make recommendations for training, education, and product improvements. Ensure nurses, physicians and CRNP/PAs are trained in the use of Curavi Products, utilizing available resources. Respond to training needs in a timely manner. Mentor and lead Curavi Nurse Trainers. Perform work in a timely and productive manner and meets defined deadlines. Participate in workgroups as appropriate. Take action to improve knowledge, skills and performance based on feedback or on self-identified developmental needs. Prior to performing new or challenging skills, requests assistance and reviews relevant policies and procedures and educational materials.
  • Participate in performance assessment and improvement initiatives on the identification, design, testing, and evaluation of Curavi Products. Objectively observe and educate end users utilizing unit rounds and virtual interactions to identify ongoing educational needs regarding clinical issues related to telemedicine consults, product utilization, and software application upgrades. Prioritize issues and reports them accordingly. Track issues and work to improve processes, efficiency, and utilization of Curavi Products.
  • Uses Office 365 applications such as Outlook, SharePoint and Planner. Assume responsibility for complex assignments and view problems as opportunities for change, growth and development. Maintain a clean, business professional appearance, demonstrate personal dignity, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

LPN or BSN or Bachelors in related field preferred. 3 years of clinical nursing experience required. 2 years of experience related to telemedicine, remote monitoring or EHR required. Skilled Nursing Facility knowledge required, work experience preferred. Geriatric / Care for the older adult knowledge base required. Relevant teaching experience Excellent oral and written communication skills required Computer literacy required, knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 preferred Creative and flexible in nature, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing, dynamic environment Self-motivated and ability to work independently

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire

Description

The Sales Representative will report directly to the Director of Sales. The Sales Representative will be responsible for qualifying, managing, and closing sales through various lead sources in their designated territories. Managing client expectations through a lengthy implementation timeframe and growing the client footprint will also be a requirement of the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual new sales and total contract targets
  • Build a dynamic pipeline that reflects appropriate sales stage metrics and prospect migration
  • Create customer case studies and ROI metrics
  • Create service proposals and assist in contract process
  • Demonstrate and continuously improve industry domain knowledge
  • Develop and implement annual territory sales plan
  • If needed, attend QAPI meetings/facility business meetings
  • Maintain facility and Account Representative relationships.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and account growth
  • Provide facility and competitor feedback to help contribute to team success
  • Utilize CRM and associated tools and documentation.
  • Work closely with Sales Director and subject matter expert personnel aligned with your clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and 5 + years of sales experience required 3 + years of Long Term Care experience preferred Multi-state relationships preferred
  • Ability to travel 40% local and regional travel expected in this role

Purpose:
Provides UX design across all Curavi Health products and experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the strategy and expression of formal designs and technology development by working closely with engineering team and partnering with the business analysis efforts.
  • Background in design research or related area a must. Healthcare design and research a plus.
  • Coordinate and manage the design research efforts required for business plan efforts. Identify when research is needed and to what extent. The Senior Design Specialist will directly manage these efforts with the objective of providing the critical design research needed while also maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Create pixel perfect comps, prototypes and/or live code that implements new design feature.
  • Design detailed wireframes with clear information architecture, interaction model and user flows
  • Help define product requirements by collaborative brainstorming and high-level prototyping with management team.
  • Lead customer usability testing to enable us to make data driven decisions regarding features and usability. This can include focus groups, A/B testing, design sessions etc.
  • Maintain professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.
  • Participate in management planning to bring a design research perspective and future vision of how technology can improve the delivery of healthcare in post-acute care. Also, provide insight to management when technology is not the solution.
  • Provide UX / Design guidance for new features, and suggest workflow improvements as we modify existing features.
  • Support project technical leads as teams develop research plans and methods which provide a milestone-based approach to design related input for technology development.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in UX design or related field highly preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 5 years UX design experience Experience on multiple healthcare related design projects Must be experienced in human-centered design and research methods, having multiple years of experience dealing with the field of design. Healthcare specific design experience a strong plus. Passion, perseverance, and a positive self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to leading technology development and startup organizations from a human-centered design and research perspective. Vision and ingenuity with an eye toward innovation-ability to think ahead and provide a fresh look to drive new ways of approaching ongoing challenges. Experience leading product development or projects a plus. A consultative and solutions-driven orientation with a unique ability to communicate complex concepts, in simple terms to the top management on various user centric scenario analyses. Highly involved with multi-department cooperation. Must be able to relate and communicate with clinicians, business leadership as well as technology professionals-consensus-building and collaborative interpersonal skills Strong presentation skills. The ability to grow beyond this role
