Esther is a Senior User Experience Designer at Curavi Health. Her role is to help make Curavi as easy-to-use as possible by learning about our users and their needs, and working with the development team to create intuitive workflows and designs. She is passionate about understanding and designing for all users, ranging from a provider’s perspective to those within the Skilled Nursing Facilities.
At her previous role at Cvent, an event management software company in the Washington DC area, Esther was the lead researcher for the company’s hospitality cloud products. Prior to that she was a UX Designer at Microsoft, working as the design lead for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product line, providing research for and designing the support portal templates to fit a variety of use cases.
Esther has a B.S. in Computational Media from Georgia Tech, with training and experience in a wide variety of research methodologies and design philosophies, including design thinking, qualitative and quantitative research, iterative design, wire-framing, and high-fidelity interactive mock-ups. Esther is also a member of the UXPA Association.
