Mary Jo Gorman, MD, MBA is a nationally recognized senior leader, innovator and pioneer in healthcare, with more than 25 years of clinical, financial, healthcare management and entrepreneurial experience. Since 1991, Dr. Gorman founded and operated four companies where she led growth, capital assessment, mergers and acquisitions as well as venture capital funding and planned and executed relevant exit strategies. Dr. Gorman’s extensive experience led to numerous accolades and recognitions: named amongst the Top 25 Influential Women in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare(2009), ranked one of ten in Ernst & Young’s national Entrepreneurial Winning Women’s program (2011), earned the distinguished alumni award from Washington University Olin School of Business (2103) as well as from both St. Louis University and Southern Illinois University School of Medicine (2015).
Dr. Gorman graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine (MD) and Southern Illinois University Affiliated Hospitals (Internal Medicine). She received her Master’s in Business Administration from Washington University, Olin School of Business in St. Louis.
